Filter system "Oil Buster"
The filter system is now oil-free air! We have obtained CLASS 0 system certification.
We would like to introduce "Oil Buster" from Fukuhara Co., Ltd., handled by Shin-ei Sangyo. Our lineup includes the "OB2000A-8" with a maximum processing flow rate of 2,000 L/min, as well as the "OB4000A-8" at 4,000 L/min and the "OB12000A-16" at 12,000 L/min. The materials used are stainless steel and aluminum for the tank, and stainless steel for the piping, with processing conducted using a special high-performance oil-absorbing material that removes oil mist and odors. 【Specifications (excerpt)】 ■ Processing fluid conditions: Dry compressed air that has passed through a refrigerated air dryer ■ Processing method: Special high-performance oil-absorbing material that removes oil mist and odors (*This is not a device for draining) ■ Oil removal performance: ISO8573-1 CLASS 0 (system certification) ■ Tank replacement period: Approximately 24 months (2 years) or 12,000 hours, whichever comes first *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
